Everyone has been gathered inside the Grand Willow tree for a secret meeting, hundreds of Gnomes bustle amongst the tight quarters of dusty trunks, dimly lit hearths and half eaten platters when suddenly Mother Maisie drums a spoon against a glass for attention. 

"I'm sure you're all wondering why I brought you here, it's a long time coming and next week it's finally here... That's right, the organisation of Grandpa Grimshaw's 23rd Birthday Bash!"

Introducing the enchanting world of Smallfolk, where tiny Gnomes live hidden from the eyes of humans. Nestled in the nooks and crannies of the world, these diminutive creatures have crafted a society filled with wonder, camaraderie, and of course, vast amounts of food.

In Smallfolk, players take on the roles of these tiny but resourceful gnomes, embarking on charming and lighthearted adventures that turn the everyday into something extraordinary. Whether it’s organising a grand Honey Festival, outwitting a gang of mischievious squirrel bandits or braving the storm to rescue a firefly in dire need - even the most mundane tasks carry unexpected twists.

This is a game of wit over might,  where cleverness, teamwork and a heavy dose of fun will see you through your adventures. The food-based resource system makes every snack at the table part of the adventure and each bite can mean make or break at any moment.

Smallfolk is a family friendly roleplaying game for 2-4+ players where one player takes the role of the Gnome Master (GM). The GM will control the state of play and aid the players to tell the story using a single six-sided dice and any food during the sessions. A roleplaying game is a conversation where you and your friends tell a story with a beginning, a middle and an end.
